Maverick winemaker Vailia From makes head turning wines, focusing on mainly Bordeaux and Italian varietals. She is never satisfied and always experimenting both in the vineyard and in the cellar using a variety of aging vessels from stainless steel, oak and acacia barrels of varying age to terra cotta amphora. There’s nothing cookie-cutter or formulaic with any of the wines Vailia makes, they are soulful and intuitive and we consider ourselves lucky to be representing them.
