Since 2002, Dorothy Schuler has been working working with varietals native to Portugal and Spain, producing some of the most delicious and authentic wines in California.  

Sourced mainly from the cooler areas of Paso Robles, Dorothy's reds are rich and spicy with a meaty texture and a supple finish while her white wines are both rich and textured as well as refreshing.
