William "Willie" Sherer became a Master Sommelier in 1998 and has developed some of the most prominent wine programs in the country from The Ritz Carlton Hotel in New York andthe exciting Aureole Restaurant in Las Vegas to the programs at both Redd and Reddwood in beautiful Yountville, CA. At the same time he produces delicious wines— beginning as Iberian Remix, making Alberino and a Souzao based red blend inspired by the wines of Galicia and then as Remix Wines, he has turned his talents to more traditional Bordeaux varietals. A silky Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend from the oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines in America called, Somm Blanc and a right bank inspired red blend, predominantly Merlot called, what else, Somm Rouge.
