WAITS-MAST
Jennifer Waits and Brian Mast attended their first Anderson Valley Pinot Noir Festival in the heart of Mendocino County over 20 years ago and fell in love with the wines and welcoming community. This sparked their interest in making Pinot Noir themselves, resulting in Waits-Mast Family Cellars, a San Francisco-based winery sourcing solely from vineyards across Anderson Valley and Mendocino County. Winemaker Shalini Sekhar began working with Jennifer and Brian in 2013. Shalini was included in the San Francisco Chronicle’s 2019 Winemakers to Watch, recognizing her work with both Waits-Mast and Neely wines in Portola Valley, where she makes Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
